Period of stay

Weekend: Friday afternoon 3:00 PM to Monday morning 10:00 AM.
Midweek: Monday afternoon 3 p.m. to Friday morning 10 a.m.
Week: Friday afternoon 3 p.m. to Friday morning 10 a.m.

Rental periods

The houses are rented during the early and late season also per weekend, midweek or week. In high season the beach houses are only rented per week.

Smoking and pets

We keep our houses smoke and pet free.

Deposit

The deposit is: € 150, and must be paid in advance during the reservation. The deposit will be refunded to your account within 7 working days after departure.

Parking

There is a parking garage within 200 meters, where you can park your car. The parking card is available from the machine in the parking garage.
One parking ticket can be reserved per house per reservation.

Cleaning

The beach house must be left sweeping and dish-free upon check-out.

Your reservation includes:

• Duvets
• Pillows
• 2 beach chairs, 2 sunbeds and a parasol
• Gas, water and electricity

The following costs will be charged during your reservation:

• Linen package €15 pp (mandatory)
